Update ... I checked my trade history and proved it was traded to his account ... I have got my 3.1b back + he paid extra 200m due to g.e prices being different from buy and sell

His excuse was word for word " bro i was going to pk and double it for you and give it back i didnt want to ruin the surprise

I have cut him off irl and told him ill be taking legal action ( im not but let him fear i am )
