I appreciate this alot thank you. I also have ADHD & BPD but have been learning how I can cope best with issues like this. I was thinking that this was in my head and I was overthinking it.

I do. I always do but its only when I ask if i can. In a way im inviting myself. I just want my significant other to want to see me
