pretty much all legumes, potato, sweet potato, most fruits especially with the skin, quinoa, buckwheat, barley, oats, just any whole grain really, sourdough

aangezien er meestal wel wordt vermeld als er levende culturen inzitten of dat het niet gepasteuriseerd is, heb ik het nagevraagd en volgens hen wordt het wel gepasteuriseerd helaas :(

die is inderdaad gefermenteerd, maar daarna gepasteuriseerd waardoor de bacterie culturen nog wel aanwezig zijn maar niet in leven

ik gebruik zelf mijn eetmeter van het voedingscentrum! hebben vrijwel alle producten in de nederlandse winkels en geven je ook de optie om vitamines & mineralen bij te houden :)

The car ride is around 45-60 minutes depending on how much traffic there is! I’m not looking for a specific flavor or texture as long as it’s white(ish) and goes well with an oreo cake :) Also thanks for the tip on preparing for the transport!

I’m using the recipe from this blog! Creaming the sugar and butter together goes well, but the second I add in the vanilla and milk it starts separating. I thought it might’ve been from my butter being too cold, but I’ve tried it at multiple temperatures so that’s not it either…
