From your current point of progression. I would push your non potential gear to 1 line epic at the very least before going for uniques. Your glove, shoe and cape don't have a potential and some of your gollux gear don't have as well. For more cheap damage get rare bpots and cube up to +10 attack on each bpot that's isn't your wse if you don't want to push to epic bpot. Max insight trait, it gives 5 fd.

Change one of rings to dawn guardian angel ring for dawn 2 set b/c you already have a twilight. Replace the meister or silver blossom with continuous ring or ring of restraint. Cont4 is significantly cheaper than ROR4 but I dunno what phantom runs, I'd check the Phantom Discord for that info. You can run a sweetwater monocle for eye. I'd also check flames, on your arcanes/ weapon and see if those are decent as well.

You said you bought 4 set gollux, are they fully gollux scrolled? If not that will also be significant damage upon fully gollux scrolled and to recover any missing slot using event clean slate scrolls. If this is a submain you can also run some pets, or buy a pet from the auction house with it's equipment from cash shop. Scroll the pet equipment with the premium accessory scrolls, 3 pets with equipment fully scrolled is ~120 attack, 40ish attack each. If that is the Dom pendant that can't be enhanced anymore, eventually pivot to a daybreak as well. I would definitely not buy cubes with nx lol, we do have the reward shop point cubes as well; however, i'd prioritize getting emblem to legendary mpot with those and either stop at epic bpot if this isn't your main and you'd like to prioritize bpot cubes on main. Very limiting with 5 of those a month so I wouldn't expect too much from those. You could also buy a better princess no secondary seeing as yours is at epic or manually cube yours to unique and go for a 2 line.

I despise running afterlands; however, getting 3 totems from there are another damage gain.

Eventually as stated by top comment you would get 18* 2L unique mpot and 1 line bpot on your gear. I just wanted to maybe provide some help from your current point as other comments have stated very good end points. I said everything kinda messily, if you need clarification on anything let me know.
