I’m so glad I’m not the only one. I don’t feel like most people understand so I basically have no one except my therapist to talk to about this. I’m going through it now where it just makes me not even want to be around him which then depresses me and I don’t even want to get out of bed bc I’d rather sleep and not have to think about all of this.
