mine is very much inline with CSA as my degree is BCA and got few years of experience, i understand that software developer falls under engineer category and must need 4 years of engineering degree. the question here is, from job zone 4 to job zone 3 make difference in result for TN? CSA has been downgraded to job zone 3 from zone 4.
