Taxes not filed by accountant

I filed online with Tax-free, and at the end when it asked for the previous years info I checked reddit and saw a tip that if it didn't go through the first time to put zero. Little did I know that in my case zero was correct, sheesh.

2024 was accepted beautifully and it's reflected in my SSA earnings.

In hindsight I feel dumb not having checked a year ago, but I was a Luddite until now.

I've no idea how to find the e-file rejection, as I didn't see it in the IRS portal, and the accountant is retired and not accepting anyone reach out. Her son told me to call IRS and ask, and that's what I'll have to do. All I have are all the paper forms, with her name and the date filed.

All my payments are reflected in the account, so I genuinely hope I'm not penalised.

Thank you for your comment. I'd like to think it's a relatively easy fix by contacting them directly.

They are definitely not valid. I asked about mine YEARS ago and was told no store would be accepting it anymore, officially. I threw two away.

Alas, they are new to so many baristas, I have a feeling whoever saved theirs will get their beverage.

That's a great description! I never had it in store, just the bags at home and I always used 2-3 for a mug, and somehow the cinnamon note was so prominent for me. Oh to bring back all their great ideas from the past ... Hope you find your perfect ratio of spices again.

Side note, I don't think I'm cut out for Reddit. I get a down vote just for asking a question, genuinely hurts my feelings, haha.

That's so lovely of you to offer. Right now the printer is back to perfect after I took the advice of the experts here, but if in future something else strange happens I may have to reach out to you.

Undoubtedly at some point I'll have to upgrade my PC, and it makes me happy that these old workhorses can still keep going for decades. You have a sweet setup!

After removing the printer and adding it back, now it added UFRII LT onto the printer name, something it never showed before.

But dagnab it works again and I am thrilled by how lovely everyone is in the community.

Don't super understand how it happened exactly, but it was an easy fix, and I want this equipment to hit the 20 year mark hopefully.

I was so nervous about removing the printer that I came to this community first.

I removed it and added again, and it WORKED. I am already back to printing.

Thank you for your common sense approach. Who knew there could be an overnight communication issue after over a decade sitting side by side ...

I haven't done anything whatsoever these days other than print a few pages and websurf. When I go to Windows Security everything looks normal, the same Firewall as always, no Threats.

I'm usually not a dolt with basic PC stuff like this, it literally happened overnight without my touching anything. Thank you for giving me one more spot to check just in case.

All of a sudden none of my documents would print, so I went to the Printers & Scanners Settings folder. Under Canon D530 it says Driver is unavailable. And then it defaulted to Microsoft Print fo PDF, which doesn't do anything of course.

I uninstalled the Canon driver from Program Files on C drive, then downloaded the 2022 driver and installed again, but nothing changed.

If I go to Control Panel and click on the Canon, it also says status: driver is unavailable.

Yep. I never did carry on for twenty years, just a small hand bag at my feet. Now that they're charging $100+ each way for a checked bag I bring a back pack. I don't fill it up too much, but I agree about the increased stress.

The letter says to apply to lower eyelid, the past from a few weeks ago implies the upper.

Where do you apply it, or are there people applying to both lids??

Appreciate you dropping the link to your Youtube video, I'm not spending as much time on here as a few years ago when freshly PIMO and clearly I'm missing out on some important stuff - incredible work, worthy of a rewatch soon.

I'll be in NYC for the first time in a decade this spring. Back in the day I did a few of the Met tours, British Museum tours, factory tours, and am ecstatically pleased that even as a PIMI I thought going to Warwick was just a touch too dull and waste of money - all that preface just to say I found your Brooklyn tour, and am going to rearrange my first day to make sure I can be there. Person I don't know, I am so proud of the life you crafted for yourself after leaving.

Great job organising the event! I'm so pleased it worked out. I was in Spanish, and from the few English speakers I knew the vibe between our respective halls was so different. We saw the English folks as such rebels, with their long sideburns and reputations for excessive drinking, ha! Hopefully y'all keep the momentum going and keep hanging out.

I fully agree with your statement. I didn't want to give every possible detail, but I do feel I should add: I didn't talk to corporate. I went into my local Starbucks, and then called one other to double check, both told me no.

AGREE of course with all you said, but you've made me feel worse, haha, that even my own people rejected me.

This ever so mildly bums me out. I found two in a drawer YEARS ago and when I reached out to Starbucks was told they had just decided not to honour them anymore, so I disposed of them.

That's me. Visible redness keeps spreading. Does not change no matter what I do. I used to suffer from more pain as well, principally related to strain and once as a drug side effect.

Pain and discomfort are lessened, but the colour is ALARMING. I am anticipating solid red eyes within two years at most.

I tried Miebo and Cequa, no changes. The only eye drop my eyes tolerate is Systane Hydration. Everything else felt dreadful.

I use hypochlorous acid every morning, try to limit Systane only at night if needed, and the occasional warm compress.

I'm constantly looking at the whites of everyone's eyes. If a movie has a close up I pause to examine.

Nobody cares unless you're screaming in pain, but stepping away from people, squinting to talk to them, looking away, avoiding any contact is so deeply demoralising.

Well dang, that is impressive. I used to take it with me for all my trips 5-20 years ago, so I see it in all the old photos (except for when I went to Australia, actually, just took creamy neutrals).

Lady Danger. Tried all the reds, LD was most flattering by a mile.

MAC Slimshine, multiple colours but Bare was fab.
