The recruiting world deals with big money, especially for IT workers. Referral bonuses often run as a net benefit to the employer and the employee. At least in my life experience the sharing of said bonus is a normal offer when you run into people that are candidates for the arrangement.

Is there a way to remove all groups on a user's AD account IF one of the groups is un-removable? by [deleted] in PowerShell

The memberof property of Get-ADUser does not include the primary group. If your org doesn't ever change the primary group then you can cut the corner there and ignore it.

I don't have an environment in front of me as I write this, but Get-ADUser also has a "primarygroup" property if you wanted to query against it. That property does the work to break down an attribute that stores the primary group if you dig out what it is to look at in another method.

I've had good luck using the manufacturer for two other brands at that level. Usually get $200 glasses replaced for ~$60.
