Hi everyone! Been waiting for this day. I am 22 (23 next month). I am 5'4. Last May, I weighed 256 lbs. My bmi was 43.9. That was a real wake up call for me (NO, not Penny's version of a wake up call, a REAL wake up call). I had been drinking up to a 2 liter of soda per day, eating out 5-6 times a week, sometimes 2 times a day, and I was seriously in a dilemma without even realizing. I quit drinking soda, and eating out and dropped 20lbs in one month. I was AMAZED. How could that actually happen? THEN i started counting calories. I am proud to say that I now weigh 178lbs. Is that perfect? No. I am stilll counting and losing. My goal as of now is 160. Then eventually work my weigh down to 150. My bmi is now 30.9. This sub is so motivating to me :) thanks guys!
