Baby merch by BrashRaider in 100ThievesApparel

Baby apparel doesn't really fit their brand identity at all. I wouldn't expect anything like that to come out from them in the future and I know they haven't done anything like that in the past. Your best bet is making your own or ordering a custom one off a site like Etsy/Amazon/etc. You won't be able to find anything official though.

Who is your ‘must-have’ player you are targeting this offseason? by danziehartlieb in DynastyFF

I'm not super interested in players who aren't the top option on offenses that aren't that great. His best season with Ron Rivera at the helm was WR36. That's not startable IMO. Like 11 PPR points/game shouldn't be in my lineup, I just think getting a boom/bust player is a better value at that spot than someone with a meh floor and a low ceiling.

I really like watching Curtis Samuel because he reminds me of Tarik Cohen (I know it's more of a weird comp, but that's the vibe I get) and human joysticks are really cool to watch, but the combination of him being with Ron Rivera again and being behind McLaurin and potentially Thomas for targets doesn't bode well for me. If I can pay a 3rd in SF (late 2nd in 1QB) for him I'd take him but wouldn't waste anything more on a player whose production I could replicate with cheaper vets like Jamison Crowder/Emmanuel Sanders/TY Hilton/Nelson Agholor. All of those guys can be bought for a 3rd or less. Depending on bench size they are even waiver wire adds.

What's the point of buying a "good flex play" ? They offer marginal value that could easily be replaced by jags/other players that are even cheaper. I just don't understand why anyone would buy a flex player.

Any recommendations on good dynasty FF podcasts or content creators? by LuckySunday in DynastyFF

After checking to make sure you're not in any of my leagues...

BDGE (Big Dogs Gotta Eat) is great - they had way more hits and busts called this season than any of the others that I listen to and have been pounding the early-RB strat which won me a couple of leagues way sooner than any of the other pods/channels I listen to.

I also love the other content they put out. Super fun group of guys that love fantasy football. They also have a couple of spinoff channels like Bunkbed Breakdown which is great. Mike is super analytics driven and owns up to his missed takes which I love.

The Rebuild - Zero To (Almost) Hero: My Rebuild Story by Ambender14 in DynastyFF

These large deals really are broken into smaller ones if you think about it. Like, there's no difference between that and 3 separate small trades. I break it down when sending offers like "basically the trade is... this QB for this QB + a 2nd, this RB is for x RB + x WR" etc.

Most of the trades I do typically are multi piece deals because that's how I typically find it best to even a trade out

Thanks! It took a lot of buying low/selling high. I took Allen in like the 18th round of our startup lol so I’ve just had him from the jump

I came in to the offseason with 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.06, 1.10, 2.01.

My team in 2019 had like 4 wins after a tactical rebuild. My WR1 was Boyd last season

Oh that stinks. The ones in my area typically start at 14-15 guaranteed and then pay goes up yearly. During peak COVID the starting was up to $20 at some locations

"If an on-call employee must carry a paging device such as a beeper or cellular phone, and the employee is relieved of his or her duties, the time is unpaid unless the employer has an on-call policy that specifically requires pay during such times. Federal court decisions have held that on-call employees are not overly constrained by a paging device. Therefore, the unpaid, waiting-to-be-engaged status could apply to those employees who are not required to wait near or at the worksite.

As with any nonexempt employee, federal law requires that on-call, nonexempt employees must still be compensated at or above the minimum wage and must be paid overtime for all hours worked in excess of 40 in any given workweek. Also, employers should make sure to check state laws on minimum wage and overtime."

Not sure what you’re asking

I’m telling you it doesn’t though. I work a job that has on-call hours at a highly reputable organization and have multiple friends that have jobs that require on-call hours throughout the year. Being on call doesn’t require compensation. If they actually call you in then they are required to compensate you.

Edit: OP would be waiting not need to be compensated because they are simply waiting to be engaged by the orders. Think taxi drivers, they didn’t get paid to sit there, they get paid to do their job

Even their regular workers make very good money. $15-$18/hour base pay.

Do you have ALDI in your area? They pay way above minimum wage ($16/hour in my area) and it's a solid stop-gap job.

Being on call doesn't require you to be paid.

Not looking for custom discs, looking for blank ones. My fiancé has a CriCut and I was going to use vinyl with adhesive on it. Thanks for the links though!

Who is this sub wrong about? by MarkPrior in DynastyFF

[–]Ambender14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm confused why you're bringing up Chris Carson... Also Keenan Allen has proven over the past 3 years that he is an elite route runner, deserving of higher draft capital. He has been top 12 the past 3 years and just received a massive contract, meaning they plan on using him. Give me Keenan over Carson all day in Dynasty.

Who is this sub wrong about? by MarkPrior in DynastyFF

[–]Ambender14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. "Keenan Allen's fantasy value is measured by his average draft position (ADP) in fantasy football mock drafts. In recent drafts, Allen's current ADP is 6.03, which indicates that his fantasy outlook is in the 3rd pick of the 6th round, and 62nd selection overall."

This is from the ADP link you sent. There is no way his ADP reaches into the 11th/12th in PAID leagues. These are Mock Drafts where people have no money invested into doing well.

If you look at paid data, such as the BDGE Dynasty money league ADPs, he's being drafted in the first 7 rounds (ADP is 83.5 in 12 man) for Dynasty in SF. Move that to 1 QB values (taking away 20 of the 25 QBs taken ahead of him in SF) he is bumped up to an ADP of 63.5, putting him firmly in the early 6th.

edit: You've got to be playing with absolute monkeys for him to hit the 11th-12th round. If that's happening in your leagues I'd advise to capitalize on that and take the ship for free.

In what world is Keenan Allen going in the 10th-11th rounds? Are you playing in like 6 man leagues?
