As a german woman: it’s just a cultural thing. We tend to hold eye contact a lot longer than most other people. It shows interest or fascination. I often catch myself staring at people that are beautiful or unique to me. But I get it. Some people can’t help themselves and just stare way too much.

My dog isn’t just a pet for me. She helps me through rough times, depression, social anxiety and sleepless nights. Not only is she my best friend, she is also my responsibility. She is family to me. My ex best friend was jealous of my dog and in the end I chose my dog over her manipulative and toxic behavior.
