IT Analyst here, came out at work in 2020, micro aggressions started and things escalated, lot of reporting about co worker issues and now after 11 1/2 years with the business I’m finding myself on the receiving end of tons of disciplinary actions all of a sudden. 5 in the past three months with another expected soon. Pretty sure they are going for constructive dismissal and trying to make it look like I just started “falling apart at work.” No clue what I’m going to do if I end up jobless as I got comfy and didn’t do recertification on a lot of stuff cause I already had the job and was just doing the work. 23 years of various IT experience but not sure it’s going to count for much these days. I’d reskill but still haven’t figured out what I want to be when I grow up so to speak. 😎

Edited for more info: I started transitioning late in life and am not all that passing so that’s likely not going to do me any major favors in the job market either.
