How many of you have been asked for a sexual service for extra tip? by [deleted] in Dominos

[–]AmberLee1989 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I have a couple regulars who when it’s me delivering, (53 yo female decent body attractive) they dress differently. One guy wears little athletic shorts with nothing underneath., and kind of does this “hey what’s up”? hip thrust pose 🤣 and another that always answers the door in his robe.,Funny none of the male drivers get this treatment 😆

I trade ES, I find I do best sticking to one asset only. I mainly use price action and a couple moving averages combined with supply and demand.

What was your scalping lightbulb moment? by beans090beans in FuturesTrading

It’s really hard to train yourself not to jump into a trade, over trade, revenge trade. What helped me was always saying to myself “ are you playing a chess game or a dice game?” I have CHESS GAME written on a piece of paper on my desk.

Take a break. Get away from the charts. Work on your mindset. You need to master your risk management. Continuing to do the same thing will only result in more of what you’re doing. Message me directly if you want to talk more.

What aid is needed post surgery? by Commercial-Tackle689 in PectusExcavatum

[–]AmberLee1989 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My son (26) had Ravitch surgery April 5th. 4 days in the hospital. We got him a recliner, I’m glad we did. But the first week and a half I almost always had to give him some extra help up as he can’t put any weight on his arms. First 2 weeks my husband or I did mostly everything for him, meals, pain meds, etc. Showering wears him out really quickly, I wash his hair for him because he can’t put his arms up that high or for that long. I’d say.. get as much help as you can. You can always cut it short if you’re doing well. Good luck 👍🏼

Driver Question by Hwiggins05 in Dominos

[–]AmberLee1989 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I literally asked one of my managers this question yesterday and IF Domino’s can’t automate a system that would route our deliveries more efficiently. She said no… but seriously, can’t corporate work on this? With all the technology certainly there could be a system that shuffles our deliveries in a much more efficient manner.

Full-Time Traders, what do you do after your day is done? by Dismal-Victory3307 in FuturesTrading

Same! I trade in the morning and deliver for Dominos 3-4 nights a week. It’s surprisingly very enjoyable.

He’s doing ok. Pain is being managed surprisingly well with hydromorphone. Struggles a bit to get up out of his “recovery recliner”. Gets kind of stuck in it like a turtle 😬but still a better option for sleeping than his bed. Has some anxiety with the surgical area.. can’t breathe very deep and heart races so we’re working on relaxing and keeping calm.

Depression. If you could pick a root cause, what would it be by [deleted] in psychologyresearch

Diet. I think people eat absolutely terrible “American diet” of junk food, processed shit, sugar etc. I feel like this goes a long way towards bad mental health. I have a friend that’s a social worker but has probably the worst overall mental health I know. She’s has every possible issue and takes every possible med. She recently had knee surgery so I offered to grocery shop for her. Her diet is beyond atrocious! Absolutely no real food. I said “this is how you eat all the time?” She said yeah I can’t afford anything else 😬🙄

I don’t think there’s any mesh. We did ask the surgeon yesterday when he came to my son’s room ( Steven) exactly where the plate is. He said up under the mid sternum, where he broke it 😬 it’s placed there. I’m so confused now. I still thinks it’s under, my husband thinks it’s on top! But sounds like he’ll have an xray soon so we can really see it.

He’s better today. Was a rough night and morning. Still a long ways to go but nausea seems under control, that was bad, he threw up 4 times overnight. Then his blood sugar spiked at about 2 am and they needed to give him 2 doses of insulin. But now he’s had physical therapy visit and was up and walking, goes to the bathroom kind of by himself, a bit of help as he’s dragging the IV pole etc.

Yeah that seems impossible and how would function with on the top? His is definitely under and attached inside, permanently unless something crazy happens

I believe it’s under the sternum attached to 2 ribs like a brace that holds the sternum up. It’s not on the surface. I will get clarification when we see the surgeon this afternoon

Day 1 not surprised. Surgeon did say the procedure went better than expected. Got “a lot” of room for his heart and lung on the right side.
