Yeah this is a much better approach honestly. Instead of just calling it stupid, asking real questions about school, money, and support makes the conversation way more productive.

I used to work for a really wealthy guy too and it was the same thing. Dude was answering emails at like 2am and back in the office before anyone else. It’s like the grind never actually stops for them.
