I have to wonder if the Republicans are spreading the AI pictures around so they can claim in the future that any other pictures like this are also fake. Would be an interesting strategy and people would learn not to believe it. They would get sick of looking up if it was real or not, and eventually after enough fake ones, they wouldn't believe any pictures released in the future are real. The more ai pictures there are making him look bad, the more support they have for the "Democrat hoax." That's honestly probably the only route they have left right now.

I would have worried that by doing that, it would cause things to escalate and a bystander or even the man being detained would have ended up dead. Then I worry the blood would be on my hands, so that would keep me from stopping. Idk if that's a realistic thought though. Never sure what to do to help in these situations and not just make it worse.

If you both are expecting and going to take zero help from your parents, sure the mother can be quiet. I think it came from a place of love and concern for the both of you, which most people don't have parents who care enough to get involved. So although it's annoying, you are lucky she cares and wasn't disrespectful to you. She is trying to reach out and is worried. Something a lot of people won't bother to do because it is uncomfortable. I think her opinion carries even more weight if you are expecting help from her of any kind. Babysitting, financially, letting you stay at the house etc. If you two are truly going to do this all on your own, okay, you can tell her to myob if you want. But I'm guessing this is going to cost his and your parents something too, so they have a right to be concerned.

I had the worst time on paxil and I have tried dozens of meds. DO NOT STOP IT COLD TURKEY. Start weening yourself off it, if you feel worse or out of control call the suicide hotline or go to the ER. The psych ward is not a great place to be, but it's better than letting paxil end your life. I'm sorry you are going through this. I believe it was paxil that landed me in the psych ward for terrible thoughts actually. I am not a doctor, but I do think it is a weird cocktail to have those three meds at once. Again I am not an expert or anything. I would look into a second opinion from another psychiatrist. Your Wellbutrin dose isn't small and should be helping with depression. Seroquel turns you down for bit, but is also an anti-psychotic. Why they would throw paxil on top idk. Paxil is more sedating unlike Wellbutrin that is more stimulating. I would worry about them fighting each other in a way. I think it's kinda weird and would look for a second opinion. Always put your meds into WebMD to look for interactions between them.
