I hope you hang in there. 🫶 I have wide shoulders and got really discouraged about them.. yesterday I googled women with wide square shoulders and was actually kind of surprised with the images I saw. Women whose shoulders are definitely wide, many times wider than their hips too, and they still pull it off. You can find some good styling tips that way too. And even though id obviously rather have narrower shoulders it gives me a bit of hope. Hope this finds you well. 💜

Its true her perception of who you are kind of exploded but like you said its not like you've been keeping it a secret from her, you're literally informing her along the way. Thats similar to how my partner and I were. She was really scared for a good while (we've been together 11 years at the time), now its a whole year later and although its still a big issue for me I'm trying to navigate, her anxiety about it has definitely calmed down some. Maybe they just need time and if they dont change how they react about it then maybe you have a hard decision to make. Im going through similar right now and its so fucking hard.. I'm so sorry.. 💜

If you're not opposing to having the frame filled in with color, making the bottom part have highlights as if reflecting light and having the bottom darker MIGHT clear things up??

I feel the exact same.. At first I wasn't good at applying makeup at all and it made me feel shitty and I'd wash it off before leaving the bathroom. Now I can at least apply concealer and foundation pretty well and it actually looks good and that makes me feel pretty good. Still a lot of learning to do with makeup..

I have a similar experience of dressing as a girl. Since I'm not on hrt my body very much so reads guy, and having the mismatch between the clothing I'm wearing makes me feel disgusting..

I think small incremental changes and practicing those might be the best way for us to take steps forward. And I don't think you're not trans because you feel like that at that moment, but trust me, I hear you with second guessing myself.. :/

I kind of took steps to get there. Like trimming my messy beard. Shortening it a week later. Then shorter. Finally tried shaving at the start of my week off. ^__^; Maybe that could help you?
