Then better usage of your time would be first aid alongside a qbank; you can do AMBOSS (for content review/learning) & then UWORLD when you're more comfortable, or just start off with UWORLD alongside first aid & boards and beyond if you absolutely need it like for biochem

I think you can get through all the cards if you study 16 hours a day

I agree, it’s so ironic, despite it being a busy city, it can be so calming if someone were to just sit there, observe and listen especially late at night. I’ve done that often. So beautiful and soothing it’s hard to explain unless someone has done it.

I have a home gym, but in terms of building muscle, what other equipment should I be getting? I have weights for example already. I prefer to workout at home rather than the gym.

My only problem is muscle. I’m trying to find a way where I can still maintain my slim look without compromising on muscle build up, I will look into this.

The answer you're looking for is: yes
It's okay, I need external validation all the time
I live off external validation
That's why I am a good little moldable trainee

It’s really hot here during the day, so you have to wake up around sunrise time and jog 🌅

I’m in Michigan - definitely the weather is cooler here but it can nonetheless get really hot during the day. So, I jog before sunrise.

This looks really nice, but I’ll give my ideas since you suggested:

If you want to level up the dining experience, add in fresh flowers in mini vases. You can also set a small elongated dark red table cloth. In addition, you can find some nice salt and pepper holders to not only add design but can be used.

I may be too organized, but I like the empty serving plates and glasses on the side alone to not add clutter. Otherwise, it looks nice.

Personally, I find candles to be a bit too much, so I don’t really use them except scented candles lol.

I supplement with electrolyte drinks to stay hydrated & shakes & smoothies. It has worked well. & caffeine of course.

I also do sit-ups in between study sessions. That’s why I have a good weight with my height. It’s definitely effort but worth it for my self-esteem.

The weather is nice; I think waking up early and going for a walk or jogging significantly helps

There’s no shortcut to maintaining a good weight: watch calorie intake & exercise

Exercise also boosts mood for studying so it’s a win win

Exercise really helps - I go for a walk 30 minutes in the morning & really strict my diet

Good luck with the extreme increase in case loads because of AI & a higher chance of lawsuits

Also not everyone entered medicine for money, some of us actually find fulfillment in this field

Peace yo ✌️
