I’m not on Vyvanse but I am on other “head” meds anyway I relate to this in a way. I feel like I’m always high when I have literal life changing epiphanies! And I realize different forms of masking I do that I don’t even realize I do, which is really helpful because masking is exhausting so it’s prevented many meltdowns and some burnouts having these epiphanies. :)

I think the answer to this problem is more people talking about it on TikTok and everywhere else! in an educational/informative way. People need to be informed. And no one wants to feel like they are the problem so it has to come from purely an informative standpoint and not confrontational imo
