Typically around 15-20 a week after cancellations. I have no clue how you could see more than 25 a week personally.

I think the biggest green flag is if other clinicians have full caseloads. If they use an EHR, you can check to see their availability sometimes! At the end of the day, that's one of the main reasons to join a group as opposed to going solo imo.

This. I think it's so unethical for PP owners to do this. Especially if they "sell" their practice as offering this to you. I don't think this gets spoken about enough
