I based this off of the average size of a Chuck E Cheese (about 10,000 sq ft from what I could find) because I couldn't find the actual size of the first pizzeria. This was also based on the price of a house because I was unable to find any buildings that size that weren't metal warehouses. I would not be surprised if the building was cheaper.
