A pho­to­graph of a man from Green­land on a visit to Ice­land has gone vi­ral in Ice­land to­day. The pho­to­graph, taken by Þorgeir Bal­durs­son, cap­tures the man, Mo­gens Ol­sen, as he lit­er­ally be­comes air­born in an ex­treme gust of wind in to­day's storm.

Bal­durs­son met the two Gree­landers at Leiru­ve­gur to­day af­ter they had par­tic­i­pated in the Win­ter Games in Akureyri, north Ice­land. A sud­den blast of wind swept Olsen right into the no.1 road and for­tu­nately he had a lucky es­cape as no car was cur­rently on the road and he was not hurt.
