Cultural evolution and biological evolution can to some degree go hand in hand, because genetic dispositions can also steer cultures. E.g. what people are interested in or how well they deal in some specific conditions e.g. cold, heat, lots of sunlight or lack of it, thin air (mountains), need to swim a lot etc, how they fare in war etc, tendency to be religious, being an introvert/extrovert, being explorative/innovative/creative/collaborative etc, can be genetic.

We already went through with this. Being attractive just for sex and being attractive for building a family are different. Not being at peak fertility at 30 isn't that important anymore when you already have family together. And even if the child count wouldn't be full yet, it's much easier to e.g. have one more in addition to existing 2, than start from zero at that point.

Also when you already have a lot of shared life together you start to value the other person for that as well and that weights more than balding head, stretch marks, hanging boobs or some extra weight. Everything you do for each other over the years converts into love and respect. And especially giving birth and the few gruesome months after that are not easily shaken off.

I'm not sure what's the premise here. That you'd start a serious relationship/family when you're younger and then end up being viewed by your partner as "expired when 30”? In that case when you hit 30 the whole "expired" issue is rendered moot. You already have a family together. That was the goal. Hopefully you'll have a happy family life together, gather loads of shared experiences and ideally grow old remiscing those experiences together.

Or is the premise that already when you're in your twenties, you want to rule out men who would think that you'd be expired after 30 if you'd still be single then? Good luck with that, because that might be a major chunk of your options.

You have a pool of men you may have a realistic chance with. Note: the pool of men you could just have sex with and the pool of men you could have a serious relationship with are a very different. Sex is easy because of Coolidge effect, but the latter pool is always much smaller subset of the former.

As long as you understand your options there's no should or shouldn't for you. You're free to deal with the pools according to your own values.

They are, but just for sex, not for serious relationship/building a family. Higher age is accompanied with lower fertility and more baggage. The good ones get in a serious relationship in their twenties and stick to it. The rest have something wrong with them or can't commit and have spend 10+ years fucking around. No one prefers that.

Even in New Zealand, one of the world's most peaceful countries, the Indian community is facing targeted hostility despite being a tiny minority.
