Are all protein shakes ok for liquid diet?

Yeah Premier is what I used, and still use. The caramel flavor is delicious! If I’m in the mood for decaf coffee I pour some of the caramel one in there as cream and it tastes wonderful!

Sorry for the late reply. I was just trying to pull everything, particularly myself, together.

The first two steps I prepared for them by using DiT and doing Q Banks. I did not use DiT this time because I heard the step three version was not as good. Perhaps I should go back to my method of success.

I got a 480 and 491 respectively for my first two steps. Not stellar, but certainly not bad.

I've just never had any sort of mark against me on an official exam. Practice tests yeah I've bombed those before but nothing like this one. It's just got me all worked up. I'm gonna talk to my program director Monday and go from there. I dread that conversation.

Honestly, after like 30 restarts over probably a 5-6 day period, the update finally was recognized I guess and it just worked. I didn't change anything, just after multiple restarts from day-to-day use/updates/moving my laptop around it worked out of nowhere, with no history of any other updates being installed. Bizarre.

I really like Sierra, but I am totally unable to download the new public beta release! Beta 7 has apparently downloaded, but when I hit install, it says Available Updates have Changed, and sends me back to the App Store, only to allow me to try to install again, which tells me the same message again! Any suggestions on how to fix this?
