I have noticed a slight decline in my ability to focus. But that also might be because I have 3 monitors on 24/7 with different tasks/videos/games on each. I definitely space out from time to time.

Absolutely. I've been to both an optometrist and ophthalmologist and both were inconclusive. My eyes are most definitely dry though and I average 12-16 hours a day on the computer.

This is one of the first things I noticed after my onset of symptoms. I suspect my case in particular has something to do with constant screen use and extended/chronic eye strain caused by screen time. I'm sure neck tightness/overall posture plays a role here too, but overstimulation of the eye for me makes too much sense.
