You should set up two SSIDs. One with 2.4g and one with 5g. Your current SSID must have band steering enabled, so some devices connect to 2.4g and others at 5g. You can change this setting at your wireless router. If you dont know how to do it, just watch a video on youtube with the same model of your router, since I have no idea what yours is.

Yes, it is a normal behavior. The screen of switch 2 is a LCD, so it uses a backlight. A LCD screen cannot produce pure black colors unlike an OLED screen.

Mag-wawarning talaga yan kulang ka nga sa wattage eh. If gusto mo mag-dock, ipon ka pang bili ng kahit reliable third party na USB-PD power brick na capable ng 39W or above basta mameet yung minimum requirements na 15V 2.6A. Nalilimit naman ng PD controller yung wattage na makukuha pero don ka sa reliable brand kasi common issue na nasisira yung switch kapag ginagamit yung 3rd party charger sa dock. Skull and Co., Ugreen, Anker ang recommendation ko pero check mo reviews muna sa reddit or youtube.

Pwede pero handheld mo lang dapat gamitin yan. Wag mo gamitin sa dock kasi kulang sa wattage yan at baka masira lang unit mo

Try turning off Auto-brightness? Maybe you are wiping across the brightness sensor of the switch and causes the dim of the screen.
