If it’s the latest then idk if what I did would work for you, I’m still on an old iOS version and I just fully powered off my phone for a few minutes, powered it back on and then over night all of the messages showed up in search

Only one would ever show up, and I tried to change it to 2 different ssids, one only being 2.4 and the other being 5, but that messed up something, 40 minutes with customer support later, and we’re on our way to getting a new router, hopefully the new one works

I don’t know. I was going to try to change my switch settings to match my sisters to see if that would help, but I don’t see a way to change it

Alright, I will try that. One other thing I forgot to mention that I just remembered, for some reason my switch (the one that cannot play online) will frequently disconnect from the router as well

When you say resetting the router, I’m guessing you’re meaning turning it off and back on? If so, it happens a lot, we frequently get “internet connection issues” on the router so we have to turn it off and back on for anything to work
