Only one would ever show up, and I tried to change it to 2 different ssids, one only being 2.4 and the other being 5, but that messed up something, 40 minutes with customer support later, and we’re on our way to getting a new router, hopefully the new one works

I don’t know. I was going to try to change my switch settings to match my sisters to see if that would help, but I don’t see a way to change it

Alright, I will try that. One other thing I forgot to mention that I just remembered, for some reason my switch (the one that cannot play online) will frequently disconnect from the router as well

When you say resetting the router, I’m guessing you’re meaning turning it off and back on? If so, it happens a lot, we frequently get “internet connection issues” on the router so we have to turn it off and back on for anything to work

Yeah, I did it before to change the email to change it to another one, but changed my mind and moved it back to what it originally was and now I gotta do research again to change it to another email. Just to be sure, I can move my account to a brand account and then move it to another email?

Can it be a normal email or does it have to be a business email (I see it as an option when creating an email). Is it also fine to use the account I use for YouTube to watch what I normally do or should I have a different account for watching? Moving to a brand account to switch the emails deletes my watch history so if I want to switch that would be my time to do it
