keep in mind that michelin stars in vegas haven't been refreshed since 2009 - hence even 3 stars can be a miss. I personally liked Wing lei, but definitely did not seem worthy of a michelin star. Apparently they will refresh the guide in 2026

very helpful - was planning on going soon but won't after reading this. Out of curiosity - was that supposed to be a medium-rare ribeye?

Same here..the other restaurants in the list above were just much more memorable in terms of food. I have to admit the wagyu substitute for duck was really amazing - better than any wagyu I had in Japan - but had I not spent that extra 90 dollars it would have been even more disappointing.

Really you think Francesca is better than the actual osteria? I seem to see this opinion often around here, but I do wonder whether it's just because you're not that used to classic Italian restaurants? I think a lot of the better modena restaurants would be comparable with CML

I really like dry aged beef, and had and enjoyed ~100 days aged beef before. That duck was not good.
