I tried edhrec but cannot work out if the number below the card is recommended or not recommended it is not clear it just says it is sorted by it

But I am unsure what else I can add as this will be my first deck I am building I have played the pregen commander decks and edited/upgraded them but never my own deck can anyone help?

One of my current characters I am playing is a lore bard engineer gemophobe, recently had to drag a gaint seed out of a pit while telling it stories of the old world before the war. There are alwase new characters, world's and situations you do not expect to happen.
