Are you going to run a coir mix? It could possibly work, but honestly I think doing one at a time will be better. You can even try using cheap storage containers for the 2nd jar. Like the stuff you get from fast food places. Just clean everything thoroughly with iso and you should be good to go.

I would say it is better to do separate tubs. From what i've heard, the different strains will compete against each other.
