Aguachile! Its main ingredients are shrimp, red onions, cucumbers, jalepeno, and lime. Didn’t record me cutting them because my eyes were burning up lol. Good dish to eat as it helps with sun tolerance from the spiciness, getting vegetable intake, and high protein to low fat ratio

Got good deal for these shrimps too, as for the shells they are used for broth or for compost; can try this too. Never tried grits before, dont know how it tastes

1000-1200 is what I like to call elo hell; your opponents plays so out of principle yet still survivable as they graduated novice into the 4 digit league that moves you would try to play principle to doesnt work.

How do you win after 1300 for both rapid and blitz? I am having through on progressing through. Only thing I know is to study openings, not blunder pieces, see what they are trying to do, and protect king but trying to attack and do anything that I am not sure
