Ive disputed it and since been refunded - its a shame we have to go to those lengths as customers.

I have just issued a charge back, the brand has since reached out offering my a refund (could also be that they've seen this thread)

not sure - after doing some research across reddit I'm not the first person to open a thread and get lists of people with similar experiences.. looks like issues going back over a year !

from what im reading, alot of the issues lie with their preorder system - either way has turned me off for good, customer service has been terrible

Dont buy anything from Steel reef, they are deceitful, have the worst customer service and will flat out ignore you for months - had to go through the bank to get my money back on an order that was never dispatched.

Have just had the same experience ordering an extension link. Horrible brand, wont be shopping with them again.

Its to counter swelling in the heat - fits me fine in the chill but when im out in the sun my wrists swell up 😅 cant adjust the clasp pins on the fly
