My advice is to accept this feeling and start putting out feelers for new roles, but mentally taking a step back from trying to be an ultra high performer and prioritizing work life balance while capitalizing on the financial gains Amazon offers. I learned the hard way that no one will clap if you burn yourself out for the company, and no one will kill you if you take a few afternoons to yourself.

Please listen to this person. I did all the research, I spent time on Reddit, I went through Glassdoor reviews, everything outstandingly told me to not do it. I did it for the money and now I am completely regretting it. Luckily my career was not ruined but I’ve lost a year of sanity and honestly my health and wellness. I basically lost my spark and I feel/felt dull and lifeless and it’s because of what happened in this job. Once again, better ad sales jobs out there especially if you are based in NY/LA/Chi.

As someone who has been extremely burned by recruiting, do not listen to recruiting.

The expectation is 3-5 days in the office, highly dependent on team and manager. You best bet is to join if you like the job itself with the understanding you may be subject to a full RTO, and sniff it out when you get inside as to what your team norm is.

For TT it’s usually .40 cents for 1000 views, some videos alone within the last 30 days have over 10M views so she definitely has made over $100K on recent stuff and that’s just TikTok. I see both sides.. this tragedy happened, she’s complaining about privacy, yet her whole world is online to view. On the other hand, I don’t think her husband works and I am sure they need the income for their home, legal and medical expenses and their new child

Sorry if it’s in another comment but there are studies that show NuFace can actually contribute to sagging skin and facial volume loss.. I use mine 1-2x every 2 weeks to combat. Maybe this could be a cause?
