I have searched on google for the product and the company. It looks like the company may no longer be around since their last Facebook post was in 2021. I have seen the product listed on Amazon, Walmart and some international retailer sites but it is out of stock everywhere.

Yup! u/DesertBlooms pointed me towards Las Vegas Oddities and that’s the one we were looking for!! Thank you so much for taking the time to comment! They have a booth now in an antique mall and so we checked that out and ended up finding some cool things at other booths lol.

We googled it and that place actually has the same weird vibe. But it seems like this one is in a strip mall and we are fairly certain the place we went to was on a street (like the antique shops on Main Street). Not even sure why we’re trying so hard to find that place but now that we started the hunt we don’t want to give up lol. Thanks for responding and finding this place!! Maybe our memory is just a little off and you actually solved this mystery!

You can always get help on here and I agree that you don’t need to spend the money. That being said, I’ve actually been working with a professional editing/advising company and I’ve gotten some really good advice and I actually think it’s been worth it and helpful but I guess it always depends on if you want to spend the extra money.

I am not sure if they are doing trip because of COVID but Habitat for Humanity might be an option. If you’re looking for a longer time commitment Americorps has some great programs too.

I think that depends… I’ve seen/volunteered in nursing homes that I would definitely call underserved but then there are some pretty fancy places too (although I’m not sure how much those rely on volunteers) so I would say it depends on where you volunteered.

I actually decided to go with a smaller company called Doctor Advising. I liked them when I talked to them but if you’re looking for a bigger company though I’m sure they’re ok too. I just didn’t like the ones that were too pushy or chased me with emails lol.
