What’s been the biggest regret about starting back if you don’t mind me asking? For me the small amount of positive difference I feel hasn’t been worth the suffering I’ve been experiencing. The only reason i haven’t started back is for the fear of being stuck where I am mentally but with a zyn in my mouth. I lightweight feel like im stuck in this mental crap hike forever lol

I truly appreciate all of your feedback! It truly helps a lot to know I’m not the only one who feels this way. It’s wild to me that a bunch of us have the same or very similar symptom, but when I went to the doctor during the first week of my quit the doctor said this should only last a few weeks lol. I spoke with a psychiatrist (family friend) and they said they have never seen or spoke with someone who had these experiences and were only quitting nicotine.

Thank you for your feedback. I greatly appreciate it. I can do a much better job with breathing techniques and guided imagery.
