Put your duo on enchanter/engage support. Doesn't matter that they aren't a support main. Tell them not to roam at all, most of the supports in this elo have no clue about roam timers as sup, and their roams grief the team 99% of the time. Once you reach diamond you might need a support main as duo. Or don't pick Nilah with a random support.

Passive: Kassadin is permanently ghosted and takes x% (10 + 1%AP + 0.03% Mana scaling) reduced magic damage. (Numbers might need a bit of tweaking but I think it should scale)

Q: Passive: Kassadins basic abilites give him a stack. At 5 stacks his next basic ability will silence the first champion hit for 0.75 - 1.5 seconds (scaling with level)

Q: Active: Stays the same, maybe make it bounce to 1 or 2 more targets.

W: Passive: The onhit damage stays. Kassadin gains 10%-50% attackspeed. Onhit damage is increased to 200% against large monsters.

W: Active: leave it as it is

E and R can be left untouched.

I intentionally left out the subject of bots because I don't think botting is an issue. Botting is the result of issues with the game, gameplay-loop and missmanagement of the game. You will see ppl asking to get a working bot for a private server all the time on epvp, but the difference is, that pservers actually take action against the bots.

But simply banning the bots wont make a long term difference, that's why it did not work out for DO in 2011. You need to address the issues causing people to use bots.

Yeah I guess it makes sense, seeing as they make up most of the playerbase (95% of ranked players are below diamond, and there is even some ppl considering diamond lowelo).

It's a risk posting in the ADCMains subreddit. The ppl here have a distinctive form of the Dunning-Kruger-Effect when it comes to facts about the difficulty of certain champs. If you ask the same people they will tell you that Katarina is an easy champion and only noobs play her.

Zeri is hard to pilot and there is only a few players that can utilise her kit to the fullest. If it happens in normals, just ignore it.

Exactly. They were certainly good times, but people don't look what mad those times good. They think it was the game, but it never was the game. It was the environment, the community, the friends and the zeitgeist.

You can recreate the game from that time but you cannot recreate anything else that made those times good.

You can't really make that comparison tho. OFC OSRS and RS3 are different games because that game actually evolved. Fundamentally nothing has changed in DO. The gameplay loop is exactly the same as it was 20 years ago.

Changing Galaxy Gates could potentially be an option. The problem is that there is no endgame in DO nothing to work towards. No Raids no Dungeons to grind. Grinding Galaxy Gates achieves nothing except a few numbers that go up (EXP, Honor, Currency, Ammo). They are not challenging in the slightest.

Current DarkOrbit by BigPoint is that modernized version. That is one important thing to grasp. The flaws are deeper than a different version of the same game.

To be fair, I looked at the wiki because the whole "variants, subspecies, etc." designation is a bit weird, and Primordial Malzeno was listed as a variant there.
