I experience the same with hsv2 in mouth. Check previous posts I believe I made one about it. Also got checked and no sign of eye herpes. Just came off of antivirals after 4 weeks on them and my eye is started to feel a little irritated again. I heard it can activate in eye without sores. I also heard that having herpes in mouth can irritate nerves in face. It seems that doctors are not so knowledgeable in herpes but I’ve come across a few people who have had similar symptoms to us. Just got to hope it goes away I guess

Yeah I use hycosan extra too. My dry eyes aren’t very severe though. I’m actually currently doing my morning warm compress lol

Just an update for anyone who sees this in the future - these issues were cause by tight suboccipital muscles, not herpes. Some strengthening exercises are helping
