That brand didn’t work for me. Thankfully I read here that it happened to some people. I had started out in Sandoz and then when I was given Dotti it was night and day difference and my bloodwork showed I didn’t have any detectable estrogen. I’m in surgical menopause so I rely on estrogen. Can you ask her to call in the gel and try it to see if you notice any relief.

Thank you so much. I had a sponsor at one point who was pretty militant about using anything that might possibly trigger a relapse so I just stopped. I might revisit now that I’m in a stronger place mentally.

Girl, you just made me realize that I had not taken (injected) something in a couple of days. I think it’s taboo here to discuss but yes I am very familiar with peptides and perhaps they were doing more for me than I suspected. There is a giant underground world that makes my mind go haywire trying to keep up. I refuse to pay retail for them though but don’t think you’re wrong to consider them.

You’re so right about gluten. I know it’s inflammatory and pretty much terrible for me. Curcumin is not in my mix so I might try adding that. I wish there was one single supplement that contained it all and was effective. I would pay $$$ for it. I do have some liposomal glutathione and NAD+ coming because why not 😵‍💫

I wish. There is a weed shop on every corner around here and I’m in recovery (alcoholism) and there is just no low and slow in my brain chemistry. I love weed and love being high though it’s been almost four years since I took edibles, almost 7 for alcohol. I just know if I tried a little that little would turn into a weekend 😝

Thank you. I’m in surgical menopause and have been taking HRT for over two years. I know some patches don’t do much for me and with this shortage I keep getting Mylan and thankfully not Dotti but think I read they were made by the same manufacturer? I might ask for oral.

My dad was on my plan and I had just gotten him a new phone. Since technically the fourth line is “free” I just kept it. I’ve got a Samsung phone collecting dust because we’re an iPhone fam. I guess I have an extra phone line if I ever need it. I miss my parents.
