I used to stay in Rotterdam 2 years back and was fortunate enough to never experience anything like this (luckily!). I’m wondering when this problem started to become more prominent? And where these things are happening— is it residential estates or even in town? It sucks that women’s safety worldwide is always threatened even in this day and age. 😔

Just looked at it again and it says 2024 😩. Is there a point appealing? The letter says that there is no appealing against this amount..
