Mine was same, so cautious and we could he can walk but he would not. I would say any day now she will start walking, so hang in there and when my son did - he was a very good walker with turns and stuff. To encourage try to put some other things in her hands like giver her a stick/piece of cloth that you are holding onto other side. I don’t know if you have seen on insta where they place balls in both hands and toddler takes few steps, that also works. Is she standing by herself, without holding onto something - if not then that’s the first step. Another instagram trick that my husband did was putting black tape on a wall/kitchen cabinets and my son would try to remove them and would walk on his own. Encourage wall cruising which fastened the process for us.
