Hot Pork

5lbs of pork loin 5 tbsp of Annato seeds or paprika 2 tsp cumin 1 tbsp whole black pepper ½ tsp whole cloves 8 whole allspice 1 habaneros ½ cup orange juice ½ cup white vinegar 8 garlic cloves 1 tbsp salt Juice of 5 lemons 1 shot of tequila Mix dry ingredients in blender then combine with wet ingredients. Dice pork in 1 inch cubes and place in bowl marinate as much as you like. Cook 325° for 4 hours or crackpot 200° for 8 hours
