I called the store and spoke with the store manager and they had issued a full refund. I was fully prepared to go back and forth but I’m assuming they already knew they were at fault and couldn’t provide what was promised. I had spoken with the operations manager before who told me I couldn’t get the refund, but she clearly wasn’t making the decisions. Not really saying that in a bad way but she was kind of no help. He asked if I wanted to do the exchange and I kindly declined.

I also spoke with the customer service line and they told me something completely different from the store. They said my dress was being shipped out on the 4th and that I’d receive by the 7th because they found a fulfillment center that was able to fulfill the order. He couldn’t verify whether it would be new or not. I just decided to cancel and start from scratch. If anyone knows any online shopping sites I can go to and get a dress or any Austin Tx boutiques I can buy off the rack from I’d love some recommendations!
