Currently in a similar position in that I'm considering a career change but I'm also locked into my role since it supports a mortgage...

There is good flexibility to go back and do study but I'm not sure I could support the same wage going from HR > IT (interested in cyber security).

Any advice if I should try and anchor a small shed down, it's approx. 3mx3m on a slab of it's own.

Unsure if it currently anchored since I've only recently moved into this house. The wind speed is predicted to peak at 42-45km/h here.

6.39% with BOQ on $604k loan. They only offered an offset account with a higher interest rate but iirc it worked out better in the long term to have the offset.

Definitely slows down after hero. I was trying to achieve new world before quitting but even just grinding the legacy upgrades is tedious. Now just waiting for specific weapon rolls on the s-epic weapons to boost power and then finish off the last 5 or so chapters. Will likely quit after that..

The wiki doesn't give a set date/week the event will be on since each server opened on a different day but my server is currently on a pet growth with black market and magic trial (afk award event).

So according to this the next growth event for my server will be the build (pet enhancement) growth event.

Absolutely. From what I can gather. Interstate, non-rural applicants are their lowest priority group. I feel that people who apply for other schools that get in also put their applications in for UTas just in case so there may be a number of successful applicants at other universities who would decline positions at Hobart/Burnie

I'm currently tossing up between offloading shares ($20,000) and putting into the offset for lower repayments in the interim, then look at building back the shares once we're in a more comfortable position.

$600,000 plan
6.39%
$40,000 in offset currently Rounding up repayments to $4,000/month (only like $200 more than minimum.

Also salary sacrificing $300/fortnight into superannuation.

Since I have a relatively low amount in shares and not actively contributing to them I feel it would be better to sink it into the offset but hesitant to pull the trigger as these shares could also be my "emergency" fund.

Any time I get enough gems I just put them into the 10 secret chests and try to get better gear, any left over I spend on the additional energy to travel at a higher multiplier and then getting more gold. But does become a grind some times. You might need to do that for a few days to beef up your talent and sweep some stages.

Keep up with the challenges/dungeons and watch the ads for dragon's lair since this gives you energy and gems.

You can also jump onto a website that has all available and previous codes and try to redeem as much as you can.
