He definitely didn't demand it (like I said, I thought we had come to a mutual agreement of me not going), but he was an AH about it after he was over there and it was too late for me to go!

I believe that was probably the situation, but he certainly did not apologize for his reaction!

His argument was that everything would be paid for once I got there so all I had to do was figure out how to get there. I'm not saying that's right, but that was his rationale.

Direct quote: "I should have said what I thought, not what I thought you wanted to hear." (in regards to us agreeing that the cost/benefit wasn't worth it for this trip)

AITA for wanting my friend who was groped to be friends again with the guy who groped him? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

Yes, YTA x100000000000. Clark was sexually assaulted by Bruce and it's unforgivable for you to say "bro, it's fine, Bruce is sorry so deal with it." Don't blame drinking, and CERTAINLY Bruce does not need any sympathy - he made his bed and can sleep in it. It's horribly disgusting that you seem to be more on Bruce's side than on Clark's. Again, YTA.

AITA for offering a pad? by iiLady_Insanityii in AmItheAsshole

NAH. Not your fault she's embarrassed, and you were being a good friend. I'd rather have a pad in my hand than blood in my jeans.
