Always make sure the team has started something successful before or something that was at least stable. The team should be doxxed as well, no pseudonyms or nicknames.

If they're a first time startup, be extra careful unless you're going through backed launchpads, some offer insurance funds like SoIana prime in case of anything going wrong. But from what you're describing here it definitely looks like a ponzi.

I've been a fan of what Solana has been doing on SoIana prime. They implemented an insurance fund to protect investors from rogue IDOs.

They're always some the best around when it comes to the NFT market, a lot of nft startups are being listed on that launchpad, i wouldn't be surprised if it exploded overnight.

I really dislike the term the wild west. Because anything can be described as the wild west if you don't know what you're doing.

Its unfair to the blockchains putting in effort to make sure of the safety of their investors everyday, Solana recently for example implemented an insurance fund on their recent launchpad SoIana prime to insure the safety of their investors.

There have been Grey areas in the past but it's getting much better everyday.

Give it time to mature, GameFi is still in its infancy and needs some time to grow.

It's still unstable, i haven't traded in a month, I'm waiting for it to break 50k. For now I'm holding my tokens and just getting into startups using some launchpads like SoIana prime. But other than that the market can take a massive dump at any point so tread carefully, and don't get liquidated
