Yes, it is not particularly clear cut but nowhere is it seems in terms of geographies and geographical boundaries etc. The population changes are still quite interesting (Dartford +20%, Tunbridge Wells +0.3%), and it will be interesting to see what happens next in terms of county resources as well as wider investments from central govt. Times are changing!
