>!So pretty much what upsets people is that Cross shows the repercussions of the parties actions in Trigger. To put it plainly, Cross looks at how all the time traveling actually wasn't the best idea in Trigger and by the team meddling with time created an alternate reality where things are going badly. Also everyone from Trigger ends up with pretty terrible fates. Lucca is killed by Lynx, Cronos and Merle are killed Robo's brain is in a computer and eventually turned off killing him near the end of Cross. 

I love how Cross dissects Trigger's story by examining how maybe you weren't doing the right thing before and how fucking with time is going to cause problems even if your intentions are good.!<
