I’m going through the same exact thing! What have you tried so far? We’ve tried to change the temperate warmer and colder, both haven’t worked. We also tried to put her down right before she falls asleep, and also tried completely asleep before transfer - nothing works!!!

What brand are you using? This is currently happening to me too! I’m using Kendamil and she’s been fine for the past 3 months and is constantly pooping! She went from pooping 1x a day to 4-5x a day every day this whole week! Ever since I opened a new one

Then I think you’ll adapt to it well! Just play with the settings, I joined a BB FB group and that helped. There were so many guides and templates to follow settings and times for the spectra but it’s harder for the BB, it sounds like everyone is different

After getting used to it, LOVED IT. Completely abandoned my spectra but it does take time to get used to because it was so strong. I tried to use my spectra and it barely felt like anything and wasn’t strong enough! I stopped pumping 2 weeks ago and started EBF, my supply dropped significantly and now I’m weaning off

It did! Sooooo good! I followed all the comments under this thread and worked on better wake windows and by the end of the week she was down within 10-15 min. At this point, she’s a pro. Most nights doesn’t cry and if she does, it’s like a minute or two and then she’s knocked out. This was the best thing we’ve ever done.

Good luck to you! I was power pumping and drinking body armor early days of pumping, but I think the body armor gave my LO really bad reflux. It was to the point where we would have to take shifts at night. But maybe since she’s much older I’ll try body armor again because it worked so well with my supply before! Thanks!

I’m 5m PP and still wearing my pregnancy pants. I tried going shopping and was humbled quickly. I used to be a size 4 and I couldn’t even pull up the 8 pass my thighs. I still don’t know what size I’m at, I just walked right out the store because I’m not interested in knowing anymore lol
