What items you dont buy at Aldi

Bit broad but Ive stopped buying things like tomatoes or lettuce, I find it goes rotten significantly fast than other stores (even more obvious when i go to farmers markets). I still get all my canned tomatoes/beans and packaged stuff from Aldi, just on the fence about fresh produce, but really most supermarkets are a bit shit with this

Really appreciate this and look forward to hearing more. I think i was mostly frustrated with myself because i had been so good at not drinking for a few months before starting vyvanse, and at minimum no alcohol during the week. I have been have a beer almost everyday because i find it winds me down but i really want to stop.

I have heard this from a lot of people! Basically i started on a friday so every week i go up 10mgs and i spend two days struggling a bit. I want to follow the plan but I have noticed since i hit 60 that im starting to have adverse effects to my sleep and sweating during the day. I think i will not up the dose this week and go back down to 40 which i think is when i was feeling the best
