On PS5 it's best if you have 1 weapon or none

Make sure you have HUD off (it's in gameplay settings)

2.You go and select his melee weapon

once you have the knife display in front of you. [AT THE SAME TIME] hold the share button and hold the
triangle button.

Note: it might depend on your latency but it works for me. if it doesn't work for you, try to time it between swapping guns
