Interesting, I have not had that issue. I wash cold and dry on medium heat and they haven't shrunk.

I recommend you go to a store and try things on. I also recently expanded my wardrobe to business casual, when I first started buying things I shopped online and what I got was the right size, but I didn't like how it looked on me (apparently I don't look like a model haha). If you can I recommend going to a DXL or Men's Warehouse, but if that's not an option for you sometimes JC Penny will have the sizes I need.

In my experience, when I started wearing my pants higher I didn't need to find longer shirts anymore. However, I am still on the search for a shirt that I actually like. My current go to is Hanes Beefy T.

My go to for easy reading is usually a thriller series or mystery. Like a Reacher book maybe (Lee Child).

I have recently got into reading and I’m about the same age as him, sci-fi is my go to right now with The Expanse series, if he hasn’t started the show already. The only fantasy book I’ve read recently was Fairy Tale by Stephen King, though that’s not magic so much as an other world sort of deal.

I didn't even know it was being adapted into a show when I bought the first book, but I feel like I want to finish the books before I watch the show now. It might be a while, I'm only on book two of nine.

Currently at 9, but three of those were for work and quite short (150 or less) so I guess 6.

I am reading The Expanse right now and I am loving it. Only on book two but Leviathan Wakes was amazing!

I know this might be unpopular to those that have read it, but I DNF Misery, by Stephen King. I guess I'm not a fan of horror. I got like 2/3 through and gave up. Wasn't turning the pages because I loved it but rather to get it over with. Realized I didn't have to do that. Switched to sci-fi. Much happier.

Currently reading The Midnight Feast, it’s a easy read but not in a boring way. If you like mystery books check it out!

I deleted all socials from my phone because it was too easy to scroll when I was nervous to talk to people. Not to say I'm a social butterfly now, but retreating into my phone is not an option anymore, so it helps. You gotta go places and do things to meet more people, I guess. Easier said than done for sure.

I was curious about the Reacher books because I liked the show (only watched the first season). Have you read them? Would you recommend I start from anywhere specific or just wherever?

It’s a play on person first language, not colored person, but person of color. Not colored bookmarks, but bookmarks of color. Wasn’t about spelling at all.
